Against Public Smoking ? - Complain about Smoking on Television !As you know, the major problem with cigarettes (both tobacco and electronic) is that they are so very much self-promoting, and they really do use a (truly 'in your face') self marketing approach. As you will see on this website, despite what you might understand or believe to be the case regarding product placement regulations the Nicotine Industry somehow manages to always find a way of getting their products in front of the consumer. If you believe that some form of product placement on television has taken place then complain to the ASA. It probably also won't hurt to let us have the details of your complaint for possible inclusion on this website. |
