Against Public Smoking ? - Smoke Less !

Ok. If you are a regular smoker of either tobacco or electronic cigarettes and you have read this website this far you might not be feeling too good about your habit. And you might be wondering what you can do.

Here's the deal. You are not addicted to smoking nicotine. You have a habit. If anything, your only addiction is to the habit of smoking.

So if you have been believing that you are hopelessly addicted to smoking nicotine all you have to do is recognise that you have fallen for more brainwashing of the Nicotine Industry.

As Dr Sandy Macara (then Chairman of the British Medical Association said in 1996:

"I don't accept that smokers are addicted to tobacco. I think they have a habit... I believe the majority of smokers could stop tomorrow - no, today - if they really wanted to." - Dr. Sandy Macara, Chairman, British Medical Association, 1996.

Gary has studied smoking over many years, studied many different methods fo stopping smoking, studied the true underlying psychology that surrounds smoking, and, in his role as a smoking cessation therapist over many years has arrived at the one inescapable conclusion regarding smoking...

Dr Sandy Macara was absolutely right - nicotine smokers are not addicted. They have a habit. And they could stop any time they like - if they really wanted to.

Many smokers are surprised to hear that. For many smoker's it is the first time they've heard of it. They've spent 20/30/40 years of their life thinking that they are addicted to nicotine - when the reality is that there are only two reasons why smokers continue smoking in the face of overwhelming knowledge about the harmful health consequences of smoking:

1. They haven't tried hard enough to break their habit - because they think it will be too difficult !

2. They actually (amazing news to non-smokers) they like smoking and just don't really want to stop !

So, if you do wish to continue smoking - at least try to cut down.

But just remember that you do need to smoke less in the Smokeless Society.

And always remember the code of the Smokeless Society:

"Don't smoke"

"Don't smoke in public"

"Don't encourage others to smoke"

"The nicotine inhalation habit induces a psychological dependency habit similar to that of a 43 year old teenager still living at home with mum and dad...

Smokers / vapers are addicted to nicotine inhalation about as much as someone might be addicted to living at home with mum and dad   - where life is made too easy for them to even think of moving out."
